Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer shipping insurance through Route for potential shipping issues. Route shipping insurance will cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you choose not to use Route shipping insurance, ELSIE JOSS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.

P.O. Boxes

ELSIE JOSS does ship to P.O. Boxes. These packages will be sent through USPS regardless of the shipping method chosen. When shipping with USPS there is not a signature option for P.O.Boxes and the customer assumes the liability of shipping without one.

 

Domestic Shipping Options

USPS Ground: 

USPS Ground shipping generally takes 2-8 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped.  All exchanges and returns are shipped with USPS. Rates are based on location and weight of each order. USPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

USPS First Class:

First Class USPS shipping generally takes 2-4 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped.  All exchanges and returns are shipped with USPS. Rates are based on location and weight of each order. USPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

USPS Priority:

Priority USPS shipping generally takes 1-3 business day to deliver once the package has been shipped.  All exchanges and returns are shipped with USPS. Rates are based on location and weight of each order. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

 

International Shipping Options

USPS International: 

International Shipping is through USPS and generally takes 3-21 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped.  Customers are responsible for all customs charges that may arise after it enters the receiving country. This includes any additional duties/taxes on the order. If the customer refuses to pay the duties/tax, customer will be refunded their order less return shipping and duties/tax.

ELSIE JOSS is also not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise when shipping international. The signature option is not available when shipping international and it is a risk the customer takes when purchasing.

Mexico:

Standard ground shipping generally takes 2-10 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped. ELSIE JOSS is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages if Route shipping insurance is not purchased. 

Vietnam:
