Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange. We will gladly issue a refund for items returned within 30 days of the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn, tried on, or washed. For this reason, all underwearโ€™s are allย FINAL SALE.

We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refundsย (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refundsย (if applicable)

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Most refunds take at least 3-5 business days to show up on your bank account statement. If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at elsi@elsiejoss.com or chris@elsiejoss.com


Sale itemsย (if applicable)

Onlyย regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale itemsย cannotย be refunded.

Exchangesย (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at elsi@elsiejoss.com or chris@elsiejoss.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a full refund once the premium and gifted underwearโ€™s are received and inspected. However, if the gift is not returned along with the premium underwear, you will be deducted the full price of the gifted underwear from the value of your return.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department at elsi@elsiejoss.com or chris@elsiejoss.com and request a pre-paid label. Upon receipt of the label, return the item(s) along with a note of explanation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.ย 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
